Delivery of goods to you

We will deliver the goods ordered by you, to the address you have provided, by recorded delivery once the transaction has cleared. Delivery will be made as soon as possible, (in any event maximum 7 days of your order) usually you will receive the order between 3-4 days, but please allow for 7 days in case of unforeseen circumstances or delayed clearance.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Occasionally the manufacture and delivery of your goods may be delayed or postponed. This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. If the goods are unlikely to be delivered within the said period of 30 days we will inform you before expiry of the delivery period and will discuss revised delivery timescales. You will not be obliged to accept to a revised delivery date in which case we will refund the entire amount paid by you to us. If we are unable to deliver your ordered items we will refund you entire money paid in relation to your order including postage and packaging.

If any changes in the status of your order occur, we will e-mail you at the e-mail address you have provided and let you know all the details.

Refunds:

If you decide to return the purchased item(s) then e-mail us at sales@aimelia.co.uk with the order code, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the item(s), however we will retain the delivery charge. Within 10 days of purchase, you must send the bought item(s) to the following address, so that we can arrange an exchange for another colour or size, or a refund. You will be refunded the money on the card that you made the purchase with, once we have received the goods back.

The items returned must be in the original condition that we sent it to you in (unworn, unsoiled, and complete with attached tags or accessories). All items will be inspected before refund is given. You are held responsible for posting the goods back to us for a refund or exchange. We also recommend that you should obtain compensation insurance if the contents exceed £20 in value. If you wish to exchange the item, then please note this can only happen once, therefore you cannot return the exchanged product.
